In the app, go to You and tap Send Feedback to report a bug or share an idea. You can attach a screenshot.

Someone made you uncomfortable

You can report or block anyone you've matched with. Long-press a message to report it, or go to You → Privacy & Safety and tap Report a User or Block a User. Blocking hides you from each other right away, and they aren't told. We review every report. If you're ever in danger, call 911 first.

Delete your account

Go to You → Privacy & Safety → Delete Account. It's immediate and permanent. Can't open the app? See how to delete your account.

Common questions

Who can use ATX Friends? Adults 18 and older in and around Austin, Texas.
Is it a dating app? No. It's for making friends, matched by what you like to do and when you're free.
Why don't I have matches yet? Matches need at least one shared activity and one shared free time with someone nearby. Adding more activities or times, or a bigger search radius in You, helps.
Does the app handle money? No. Give links open each cause's own website, and gifts happen there.
