By downloading, installing, or using Avenue3 (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and George Anthony Pazdral II ("Avenue3," "we," "us," or "our").

Avenue3 is a friendship app. It is designed exclusively to help people build meaningful, platonic friendships in Austin, TX. Avenue3 is not a dating app, hookup app, or romantic matching service. Any use of Avenue3 to solicit romantic or sexual connections is a violation of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.
Avenue3 provides a platform for users to connect based on shared activities and availability. We do not guarantee that you will make friends, that any particular match will result in a friendship, or that other users will behave appropriately. You use Avenue3 at your own risk and exercise your own judgment when meeting people you connect with through the App.

You are responsible for all content you submit to Avenue3, including your profile photos, display name, activities, and messages. By submitting content, you grant Avenue3 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content within the App for the purpose of providing the service.

Avenue3 is committed to user safety, but we cannot guarantee the behavior of other users. When meeting people you connect with through Avenue3, we strongly encourage you to:
If you experience an emergency, contact local law enforcement (911) immediately. Avenue3 is not a crisis service and cannot respond to emergency situations.
You may report users who violate these Terms using the reporting feature in the App, or by emailing hello@avenue3.app. You may also block any user at any time, which will prevent them from seeing your profile or contacting you. We investigate all reports and reserve the right to take action, including account suspension or termination, at our sole discretion.
The Avenue3 name, logo, app design, and all associated content created by Avenue3 are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any Avenue3 intellectual property without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of content you create and post on Avenue3. By posting content, you grant us the license described in Section 5 above.
Avenue3 is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Avenue3 disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Avenue3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of Avenue3 shall not exceed $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Avenue3 and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@avenue3.app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Avenue3 shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Avenue3 after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Avenue3 regarding your use of the App.
